Why study in Ireland?
Students who wish to study in Ireland can choose from the country’s many top-ranked universities and offers scholarships and grants to deserving students. The tuition fees in these universities are also reasonable.
Before you decide to study in Ireland, you must decide on which Ireland study permit you should apply for. There are two types of Ireland study permits:
If you plan on studying in Ireland for less than three months, you’ll need to apply for a ‘C study permit.’ The short-stay C permit allows you to come to Ireland for a short period of 90 days to undergo a training course for work or professional advancement. You are not permitted to work while on this training permit.
If your course has duration of more than three months, you will need to apply for a ‘D study permit.’ A foreign student normally applies to a D study permit while intending to remain in Ireland for more than three months.
