USCIS extends flexibility for responding to agency requests

USCIS has extended flexibilities it announced on March 30, 2020, to petitioners, applicants, and requestors who are asked to respond to the following:
The US extends flexibilities to immigration applicants
The extension has been given for respondents to the above US immigration requirements considering the COVID-19 pandemic and the difficulties owing to the restrictions it caused.

Besides this, USCIS will consider Form N-336 or Form I-290B if:
The form was submitted under 60 calendar days starting from the date of issuance of a decision made by USCIS
USCIS made such a decision anytime from March 1, 2020, through March 31, 2021
