Yes, the UK Skilled worker visa can be extended. Candidates must complete five years in the UK to qualify for ILR (Indefinite leave to remain) and can extend the visa for an additional five years. You can also extend the Skilled worker visa if –
- You are employed at the same initial job role that was offered to you.
- Your job occupation is the same as the initial one.
- You are employed by the same employer that issued the (Certificate of sponsorship) CoS.
