There are three major streams under the TSS Visa –
- Short-term stream: The Short-term stream is for candidates whose occupation is listed on the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) with a 2-year employment period.
- Medium stream: The medium stream is for candidates whose occupation is listed on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) with up to 4 years of employment.
- Labour Agreement Stream: The Labour Agreement stream is for skilled foreign workers to be employed in a business that maintains a Labour Agreement with the government of Australia.
