The eligibility requirements for the NL PNP’s Skilled Worker Stream are:
- A full-time job offer (At least 30 hours per week) from an NL employer
- A valid Canada work permit or meet the eligibility requirements to apply for one
- The required work experience, including accreditation, for the job role in NL
- Assured intention to live in the province
- Sufficient funds to settle in the province
- Proof of proficiency in English or French
