Yes, the candidate must have an Express Entry profile to participate in the Express Entry program. The candidate must also fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Express Entry-related programs. 

The list of Express Entry-related programs that are eligible is given below –  

  • Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP)
  • Canadian Experience Class (CEC)
  • Federal Skilled Trades Program (FSTP)
