Are the Express Entry categories bound to change?

Yes, the categories are bound to change every year, wherein the IRCC will submit a report based on the factors mentioned below –

• The categories from the previous year
• Reasons as to why that particular set of categories was chosen
• The guidelines that were used to set up the category
• The number of invitations that each category was issued.

The report submitted by the IRCC will also include details and statistics of the category-based selection Draws.
