Can you shift to the Global Talent Visa even if you are already in the UK on another permit?

If you are currently living in the UK on a Tier 1, Tier 2 or a Tier 5 permits, you can move to the Global Talent visa provided you can receive an endorsement from any of the six endorsing bodies.
