Unless specified otherwise, a permit issued by a Schengen State’s consulate or embassy is valid for all 26 Schengen States (including Finland’s European territory). So, you don’t require another permit to visit or stay in Finland’s European territory. However, you must be able to produce information for the duration of your stay and your departure.
