As per the EU Visa Code, the processing time cannot be more than 15 calendar days in general, and from 30 to 60 days in exceptional cases.
If the Embassy has full and satisfactory details about the applicant, it will issue visas as soon as possible.
Because of the high volume of applications received by the Danish embassy/consulate or the uniqueness of your case, the processing time can be extended to 30 days.
The embassy/consulate can take up to 45 days to process exceptional applications.
