In order for a job offer to be counted as a qualifying one, the occupation must follow the following regulations:

  • The job must be continuous, full-time employment for a minimum of 30 hours a week
  • The job offer must be for a minimum period of 1 year
  • You must have a certificate of qualification issued from the province/ territory of your interest to work from. If the province issues no such certificates, you need to have a job offer that complies with the requirements given above.
