- LMIA required
LMIA Exempt
The requirements for the LMIA Exempt are as follows:
- You have to submit your application from outside Canada.
- The level of job that you have applied for should be managerial level or skill level
- The job offer has to be submitted on the employment portal and the employer also has to pay the compliance fee.
LMIA required
The requirements for the LMIA required are as follows:
- The applications for the GSS visa for LMIA required should be submitted from outside Canada.
- Candidates should apply through the Global Talent stream which is a component of the Temporary Foreign Worker Program.
