Applicants must spend up to ten million dirhams in an investment fund in the United Arab Emirates.
They must be the owner of a company with a capital investment of ten million dirhams or a partner in a corporation with a stake worth up to ten million dirhams.
The investment must have been kept for at least three years by the applicant.
The applicant must have proof of insurance for themselves and their dependents.
