On August 30, 2022, an Ontario PNP draw was conducted to invite 782 Canada immigration candidates through three immigration streams including:
- Foreign Worker stream
- Masters Graduate stream
- PhD Graduate stream

How OINP works on the Ontario PNP process
The OINP (Ontario Immigration Nominee Program) employs an EOI (expression of interest) system to select people who may satisfy the criteria for one of the immigration streams offered under the Ontario PNP.
If your profile is noticed from the candidate pool and found suitable, you will receive an ITA (invitation to apply) in your OINP e‑Filing Portal account. Nevertheless, receiving an ITA doesn't mean that you qualify for one of the streams offered.
Once you get an ITA you may file an online application in case you qualify under the provincial immigration stream identified in your ITA. You are required to submit your application in under 14 calendar days counted from the date of receiving the ITA.
