Ontario, BC, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Quebec invited 2,739 candidates in 3rd week of March

Highlights: 2,739 ITA’s issued by Draws of five provinces

• Ontario, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Manitoba & British Columbia held draws in the 3rd week of March 2023.
• The five provinces collectively issued a total of 2,739 candidates' NOIs.
• The collective CRS score range for the draws was 82-612.
• The draws held by the provinces were PNP Draws.

(OINP) Ontario PNP Draw: Skilled Trades Stream

• The OINP draw was held on 23^rd March under the Skilled Trades stream.
• The total number of NOIs issued in the draw was 746.
• The minimum CRS score for the draw was set between the ranges of 250-489.
• The requirements to apply for the OINP Draw under the Skilled Trades Stream are given below –
  • A copy of the NOI from Ontario
  • Proof of identity
  • Proof of immigration status in Canada
  • Language proficiency tests
  • Proof of any prior work experience and work history
  • Proof of sufficient funds
  • A professional resume
  • Any additional requirements that are asked for by the officials.

(SINP) Saskatchewan PNP Draw: Entrepreneur EOI system

• The SINP Draws were conducted on March 2nd and March 23rd
• A collective of 550 candidates was issued ITAs in both Draws.
• The SINP Draw on March 2nd invited 54 candidates with a CRS score range of 80-135.
• The SINP Draw that was held on March 23rd invited 496 candidates with a CRS score of 82.
• Only candidates belonging to the selective NOC occupations were eligible for this Draw.
• The SINP Draw was conducted under the Entrepreneur EOI system stream.

(BCPNP) British Columbia PNP Draw: Skilled Worker & International Graduate Stream

• The BCPNP Draw was conducted on March 21st, 2023
• There are 258 candidates with a minimum CRS score range of 60-106.
• Candidates were issued NOIs under the skilled worker and International Graduate streams.
• It was a targeted draw that focused on healthcare occupations, tech occupations, childcare-related occupations, and other selective priority occupations.
• The requirements to apply for the BCPNP Draw under the Skills Immigration are given below:
• Educational qualifications
• Language proficiency skills
• Occupation
• Proof of intention to stay in the country.
• Professional designations in BC
• Proof of prior work experience and skills.

Quebec Arrima Draw: Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP)

• The Arrima Draw was conducted on March 16th, 2023.
• The total number of candidates invited was 619 under the Regular Skilled Worker Program (RSWP).
• The minimum CRS score for the Draw was set at 578 points.
• Candidates with occupations in the NOC list were eligible and selected for the Arrima Draw.
• The chosen candidates were also required to have a valid job offer outside of Montreal.

Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP)

• The Manitoba [Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) conducted the Draw on March 23rd.
• 566 candidates were invited to the Draw with a minimum CRS score range of 612-708.
• The Draw was conducted under the International Education Stream, Skilled worker overseas & the Skilled Worker in Manitoba stream.
• The total number of Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) issued was 266, with a minimum CRS score of 612 under the Skilled Worker in Manitoba.
• The total number of Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) issued was 52 under the International Education stream.
• The total number of Letters of Advice to Apply (LAA) issued was 48, with a minimum CRS score of 708 under the Skilled Worker Overseas stream.
