Norway distributed funds to 13 universities for International Educational Cooperation
Norway releases funds of €8.8 million to invest in 13 colleges and universities for International educational cooperation by collaborating with partners in various countries like the United States, Canada, Japan, Brazil, India, South Africa, South Korea, and China.
Based on the Norwegian government and its Ministry of Education, the license targets to strengthen Norway as an Education hub for foreign students.
Through this fund, a total of 30 projects will get support. With this, the NTNU and Norway’s Arctic University (UiT) top the list with the most awarded projects. Whereas the countries which showered with high cooperation are the United States, Brazil, and China.
The subjects that make up half of the project are Technology & Natural Sciences whereas social sciences will make up only a quarter. The University of Tromso gained a permit to provide international work experience within geosciences to students and the college or university will work to betterment the relevance of the field’s education.

UiT aims to work on the humanities to improve education on climate change by collaborating with Brazil and India. This project includes in-depth knowledge of different regions in the Himalayas, the Amazon, the Arctic, and South Asia.
This license gratifies the project links to research, education, and works life close together. This will make 20% of the students get work practice after their exchange.
