Highlights of Manitoba PNP draw issued 336 invitations.

Manitoba issued 336 LAAs in its #166 draw under PNP through 3 streams on January 26, 2023.
The streams considered for the MPNP draw are skilled workers in Manitoba, the International Education stream, and skilled workers overseas.
The lowest score under skilled workers in Manitoba was 726 or above, and invited 253 candidates.
The minimum score for skilled workers overseas was 713, and 23 candidates were sent to MPNP LAAs directly under the strategic recruitment initiative.
Through International Graduate Stream, MPNP invited 60 candidates to apply for permanent selection.
Out of the total 336 Letters of Advice to Apply, 32 candidates were invited based on their valid Express Entry profile & job seeker validation code.
This is the MPNP’s second draw in 2023, and the candidates who have received LAAs from Manitoba must apply to Canada PR in 60 days.

Important points to receive LAAs from Manitoba
