Highlights of Manitoba PNP draw issued 280 invitations
- Manitoba conducted its last #163 draw for 2022 under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) On December 30, 2022.
- 280 Letters of Advice to Apply (LAAs) were issued to the candidates to apply for Canada PR.
- Manitoba issued 202 LAAs through the Skilled Workers in Manitoba stream to the candidates with EOI scores being 750 or above.
- 40 LAAs were sent through the skilled worker's overseas stream whose EOI score is 711 or above.
- 38 LAAs were issued for the International Graduation stream.
- The candidates who have received the invitations or LAAs must apply for Canada PR in 60 days.
- 21 LAAs from the total 280 invitations were issued to candidates with an active and valid Express Entry profile and job seeker code.

Notes:
- Manitoba resumed its draws on November 17, 2022, to upgrade its EOI system, and since the reactivation of the EOI systems, the draw scores have been higher than previous draws.
- To receive an LAA from Manitoba, the candidate must have a valid Express Entry profile and a Job seeker validation code during the application assessment.
- Once candidates receive an LAA, they must submit their Canada PR application in 60 days.
