The latest Manitoba PNP draw was held on April 7, 2022, in which 223 invitations to apply for a provincial nomination were sent. Those candidates who received the invitations could apply for a provincial nomination.
Once they obtain the nomination, they stand a high chance of getting an opportunity to apply for a Canada PR visa through a federal immigration draw. Along with the nomination, they will also get 600 CRS points.

INTERNATIONAL EDUCATION STREAM
- of LAAs issued: 34
SKILLED WORKERS OVERSEAS
- of LAAs issued: 33 (individuals directly invited under a Strategic Recruitment Initiative by the MPNP)
- Ranking score of the invited candidate who scored the lowest: 683
Of the 223 LAAs issued in this draw, 30 went to Canada immigration candidates who made the declaration of having a valid Express Entry ID as well as a job seeker validation code.
