From 1st July 2019, Australia is all set to increase its visa application fee. A 5.4% increase in the visa application fee has been announced by the Dept. of Immigration.
The visa fee increase will affect all visa subclasses. However, the visa fee for the Visitor Visa would remain the same.

There will be no increase to the second instalment of the Contributory Parent Visa. This news brings cheer to all Contributory Parent Visa applicants. The second instalment fee currently is $43,600 per person, as quoted by SBS News.
All applications which are submitted on or after 1st July 2019 will be subject to the visa increase. Applicants who submit their visa applications before 1st July will be paying the current visa fee.
