Who is eligible for the FSW Program?
The eligibility criteria for the FSWP or Federal Skilled Worker Program are given below:
- Minimum of 1 year of full-time and paid work experience in the last ten years in a listed skilled occupation
- Qualify for language proficiency tests recognized by CLB or Canadian Language Benchmark
- Have educational credential from Canada or an ECA or Educational Credential Assessment for foreign credentials
- Have adequate funds to settle in Canada
- Applicants of FSWP should score a minimum of 67 points on IRCC or Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada selection factors
- Dependents are required to fulfill the eligibility criteria
