Highlights: Canada’s First-ever Category-based draw for Transport Occupations
- The IRCC conducted the first category-based draw for the Transport Occupations on 20 September 2023.
- 1000 eligible candidates with experience in the Transport Occupation were invited via the draw.

First Express Entry draw for Transport Occupations
Canada announced its first Express Entry Category-based selection draw for Transport Occupations and issued 1000 ITAs to eligible candidates. The draw was held on 20 September 2023 with a CRS score 435 to qualify.
On 19 September, Express Entry #263 draw invited 3,200 candidates to apply for Canada PR, with a CRS score 531.
