- As per the plan, Canada will invite 5 Million immigrants by 2026.
- The country is set to invite 485,000 new permanent residents in 2024, 500,000 PRs in 2025, and 500,000 PRs in 2026.
- The target for the French-speaking PRs outside Canada will also be raised to 6-8% by 2026.

The IRCC revealed details of the new Canada Immigration Levels Plan for the year 2024-2026. The new plan aims to prioritize and focuses on economic growth, supports family reunifications while addressing the ongoing humanitarian crisis.
The new plan aims on inviting 1.5 Million immigrants for Canada PR by 2026.

Quebec Immigration Level Plan 2024
Quebec announced its Immigration Levels Plan for 2024 & 2025 on November 1, 2023. Quebec is the only Canadian Province with authorization to form its annual quota of PR admissions target. Quebec holds the right to set its own Immigration Plans to help maintain the Francophone character.
