After the bill comes into effect, the new categories will be specified with eligibility criteria and requirements. For instance if an applicant qualifies for more than one category, then the invitation should specify the category for which the applicant must apply. |

In the set of instructions the economic goal should be mentioned clearly for each newly established categories. |

Establishes exclusions for age |
Applicants who lost their Canada PR, due to age will now get the PR easily, if they have scored well in other factors and lost points due to age will be given PR visa. |
| Categories for foreign nationals |
Set of instructions should be added to any category for foreign nationals in Express Entry. This should have economic goal that supports the number of ITAs. |
