British Columbia continued its series of invitation draws with the one held on November 8, 2022. The draw led to invitations for a provincial nomination being issued to 13 entrepreneurial immigration candidates.

BC PNP draws are major sources of skilled professionals to BC PNP. This Canadian province has a requirement for a greater number of skilled workers in the healthcare and educational sectors. Through the Employer Job Offer Category, British Columbia invites skilled and qualified candidates for Canada immigration under the federal Express Entry system. The components for which immigration happens under this category include:

• Skilled workers
• International Post-Graduates
• International Graduates
• Health Authority

Through the Entrepreneur Immigration category, foreigners with high net worth interested in investing in the province and running a business there are invited. These foreign entrepreneurs eventually settle in British Columbia. The major streams under this category include:
