On September 27, 2021, Saskatchewan PNP issued invitations to skilled immigration candidates to apply for a provincial nomination. The invitations were sent via 2 SINP draws, one an Express Entry draw and the other an Occupations In-demand draw.

About Occupations In-Demand stream
The Occupations In-Demand stream is one of the streams of SINP under the International Skilled Worker category. Eligible candidates under this stream will have experience in one of the province’s in-demand occupations. They must also have high enough scores on the SINP Points Assessment Grid so that they can submit an EOI with Saskatchewan PNP.
The candidates must meet these requirements to be eligible:
- Language proficiency of CLB level 4
- Post-secondary level of education (1 year)
- Work experience of minimum a year at NOC level A, B, or 0, in an occupation not on the Excluded List of SINP.
About Express Entry stream
The Express Entry stream is one of the streams of SINP under the International Skilled Worker category. Candidates from the Express Entry pool maintained by the federal government of Canada with a high level of skill and experience in an occupation not listed on the Excluded Occupation List of SINP may be eligible to submit an EOI under this stream.
The candidates must meet these requirements to be eligible:
- A prescribed level of language proficiency
- Post-secondary level of education (1 year)
- Work experience of minimum a year at NOC level A, B, or 0, in an occupation not on the Excluded List of SINP.
