These candidates were already provincially nominated in a PNP draw and hence had earned 600 extra CRS points. This elevated their base minimum score of 153 to 753.
The tie-break rule was applied in this draw with the timestamp of March 01, 2021, at 15:22:18 UTC applied. This means that besides having the minimum CRS score, the Canada immigration candidates had submitted their Express Entry profiles before the time mentioned in the timestamp.
