Canada held an Express Entry draw for the individuals in the PNP or Provincial Nominee Program on February 15, 2023.
ITAs or Invitation to Apply were sent to 699 international individuals. The invitations were issued to notify the candidates that can apply for the Canada PR visa. The candidates who were invited had a score of 791 or more in the CRS or Comprehensive Ranking System.
The Express Entry draw for PNP candidates was authorized by the IRCC or Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.

What are the types of draws in Express Entry?
Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada offer 3 types of draws for Express Entry. They are:
- CEC or Canadian Experience Class draws: The draws are aimed at candidates who have a minimum of 1 year of work experience in Canada and have their profile registered in the Express Entry system.
- PNP or Provincial Nominee Program draws: The draws are aimed at candidates who have been nominated by a province or territory of Canada for the Canada PR visa.
- FSTW or Federal Skilled Trade Worker draws: The draws are aimed at candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria for the Federal Skilled Trade Program. Usually, the candidates in this pool have a lower CRS score compared to other candidates in the Express Entry pool.
- All Program Draws: The All Program draws are not aimed at a specific program. It gives weightage to the general CRS score of the candidate, irrespective of the Program they are eligible for.
